We are pleased to offer a 30-day service warranty on all bicycle repairs and maintenance performed by our skilled technicians. This warranty ensures that if any issues arise related to the specific service within the 30-day period, we will address them promptly and at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction and the optimal performance of your bike are our top priorities. Ride with confidence, knowing that Shifty Business Cycleworks is committed to delivering lasting and reliable results.
We value your convenience and want to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers. Therefore, we kindly request that completed bicycle repairs be picked up within 30 days of the notification of their readiness. In the event that a bicycle is not collected within this period, a nominal fee of $2 per day will be applied for storage. This policy is implemented to accommodate limited storage space and to encourage timely retrieval of your serviced bicycle.
